Policies

Payment Policy

* PAYMENT IS DUE ON or BEFORE FIRST DATE OF SERVICE! *

  • Loving Touch Pet Sitting accepts credit cards via Stripe payment system found in your client portal @ lovingtouchpetsiting.org. We also accept cash or checks as payments. Please make checks payable to: Loving Touch Pet Sitting.
  • Pet Sitting payments are due on or before any scheduled services unless otherwise agreed upon by Loving Touch Pet sitting.
  • Dog Walking services are billed on Friday and payment is due the following Monday.
  • For New Clients, payment and keys / codes will be collected at the “meet and greet” meeting prior to the beginning of dates of service.

Cancellation Policy

Dog Walking:

We understand that plans can change.  A credit will be given for the value of that service to be used for future walks. For cancellations, please leave a voicemail or text by 8am at (513) 317-6659

*For early returns, a credit will be given for the value of that service to be used for future walks

Pet Sitting Services:

New Clients: Payment in FULL is expected at the time of “meet & greet” unless otherwise agreed upon by Loving Touch Pet Sitting.  We cannot guarantee your reservation will be held unless the payment is received. Credit card payments can be paid in your client portal. 

Existing Clients: Payment in FULL is due on or before first visit with your pets.  Cash or check maybe left on the counter.  If paying w/ credit card, please make payments on or before first date of service through your client portal found on lovingtouchpetsitting.org

 Overnight Services: 

Payment in FULL is expected at the time of “meet & greet” unless otherwise agreed upon by Loving Touch Pet Sitting.  We cannot guarantee your reservation will be held unless the payment is received.  Loving Touch Pet Sitting is limited in the amount of overnights that can be scheduled and when this service is booked.

*A $35.00 service charge will be assessed to all returned checks.

* A $10.00 late charge will be added for per week until invoice is paid.

We understand that plans change and emergencies do come up from time to time. Loving Touch reserves the right to review each situation on a case-by-case basis.  Please respect our cancellation policy as we may have been unable to service another client due to previously scheduled appointment and time constraints.

 

Additional Information:

A $35.00 service charge will be assessed to all returned checks 

A $10.00 late fee will be attached to each invoice per week until paid
